At Bici, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your ride, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Bici account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will notify you once it reaches our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
