The POC Cytal Lite is an ultra-light, highly ventilated road helmet engineered for riders who chase every gram—and every degree of cooling. Weighing in at less than 200 g (size M, EN 1078 standard), it’s one of the lightest helmets POC has ever created, achieving this through a meticulously optimized EPS liner and a minimalist in-mold polycarbonate shell.
