Do Bici bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a multi-tool and easy-to-follow video guide with every shipment.
What is your return policy for cycling apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we ask that bib shorts and leggings be tried on over clean underwear.
Are Bici frames covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Bici carbon and alloy frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner.
